That looks bad ass!!! I think this would be a cool project. Do you have a link to the original site??
(Rem 597 version)
I am trying to get a hold of the guy who posted it on another site. I will have more info when they let me become a member. LOL!!
The problem with these conversions is the lack of readily available airsoft parts in Canada and the inability to import them.
Just make sure that the original serial number of the host firearm (the 10/22) is visible when it's assembled.
NS
You could also stamp the serial number again on a visible area. Leaving the original in place of course.
The firearms act has provisions for stamping the number from their "stick on" ID numbers onto a gun so I don't see why a duplicate serial number on the gun would be any different, as long as the serial number is not changed.
This one I really like... details?

Looks like a FAMAE....
P.S. - I thought the serial just couldn't be defaced, why can't it have something over it, as long as it can be uncovered?
A few details please.![]()
No details to report yet. I stll have to make the parts to hold it all together. I got an idea of how I want to do it, but I have not started to make it yet. Basically it's going to be a steel shell shaped like an MP5. (A real MP5 is basically a stamped steel flat.) What you see in the pic is a POF made MP5foregrip, stock and HK94 grip. The barrel is 8.5" from fabsports.
