but wouldn't this be a collecters piece? talken by a father served with the infantry in italy. no other owners, just father then son? (edit) and the german officer.
not me, deer friend. his father obtained it, sent it home in pieces (ww2). kept it until buddy was of age. gave it to him in the 60's. he registered in the mid 70's as prohibited? he want's to leave it to his sisters son. who doesn't have prohibited or restricted. i told him making a dewat out of it wasn't on (waste of history), thought maybe leaving it with his dads regiments museum, or selling it. any sugestions? can his sisters son get a prohibited?
Why is the Luger prohibited?
If I have just been given a P38 that was brought back from WWII Italy by my Grandpa, and I have my RPAL, and am going to register it.. Is this not possible?
