From what I can tell we are still looking at about 2 to 3 weeks but they haven’t confirmed how many coming at this point, thanks for the email.

Hey grayrc, two very nice SKS's there. Both look like they are original condition non refurbs. I can see one date is 1953, what is the other?

Yes - both 1953 Tula all matching, no indication they were refurbed. I assume they've been issued but haven't ruled out 'unfired' condition. Hopefully SIR will get my x2 shooters here before I wear the barrels out on these quasi collectibles from Frontier ;)

Got it To Day !!! --- a 1950 Tula, all matching numbers, can,t find any sign of refurbing, Laminate stock, no dings or anything on stock, took a guick look inside, no sign of any ware !! or if there is, its minor, it may or may not have been fired, not sure. like i said earlier , im super happy with the quality of both the shipments . just outstanding !!!

the only question i have is why didnt the american scooped them when they had the chance back in the early 90s ?

Thus, the bullet will have close to unique scratch...when russians register their rifles the test fired bullet and case are collected by police and stored in database along with the owner info
Does North America listen to anything in Russian Politics? I sure hope not.

Cool pictures a couple pages back, teapot.

They probably were not on the market back then. The Curtain had'nt been down for long, and who ever owned them probably figured they might be needed.

Damn. I forgot what I was going to say... Oh yeah! I hope my rifle is as nice as the ones posted. I keep worrying I'll open up the box and it will be ugly. I know, I am a nut! I am not in denial about that.
