So I just have to tell someone about this!! :D

So I decided to order 3 more mags for my Buckmark Camper from WSS. At the same time I also ordered a Duelling target tree from them, its a "Campion .22 Target Tree". :)

2 weeks after the order was placed they call me to tell me that they only have 1 in stock in western Canada. I say hell I'll take all you got... I went to the PO today to pick up the shipment, I got the target tree and one mag... but its for a .40 Browning HP... What the heck! :bangHead:

So now I am undecided, :redface: I tried to call them to tell them they f**ked up, they don't answer the phones on weekends... Then I start to think, whats a HP mag worth, more I bet than my buckmark mag I am sure... And there is a gunshow next weekend just 75km down the road, and I'm going anyway... I bet I could make a trade 2 for 1.....:D

I suppose that someone out there will think this is dishonest but their product # corresponds with the # on the mag.... Just the description dosn't match.

I guess my ? is do I return or trade????

Keep it and trade it for what you need. WSS has peed me off so many times it's good to hear about them taking a bit of their own medicine.
 
I'd trade it off. My experience with WSS is very little, I prefer Russel Sports (owned by WSS?? but better customer svc) My only order was just recently with their last in stock
.270 SS Pro-Hunter bbl, it arrived, I'm happy.
 
I would just contact them. When people f**k up that badly, they often give a lil' something extra to prevent losing a customer. Just make sure that you speak to the manager. If they don't go the extra mile, don't buy from them anymore.
 
Gee Pharaoh, I drove down to Calgary and dealt with them bedause Edmonton couldn't get their s**t together after 5 weeks of waiting for a rifle to be transfered. I thought they were great. Try ordering something from the store here. :bangHead:
 
i stopped dealing with wss not long after i was told i could not afford some ammo, i was looking for some 308 match ammo and asked how much they had on hand, the kid promptley told me they had more than i could afford. i brought them out purley out of spite. never to return again.

And our Lethbridge store is great. I just don't like the idea of going into Calgary's store, taking a number and waiting 20 minutes for someone to give me a box of bullets when 5 guys are bull####ting with 1 'customer' on the far end. :wave:

Edmonton is the same, take a #, wait and wait more :rolleyes:, This is why I go to P&D 1st then WSS.
 
Bought 4 G17 mags fro mthem, took them to the range, and they were actually G19 mags. Sold them on the spot at the range for what I paid for them, but took me 3 more weeks to get the G17 mags I ariginally wanted. WSS in Calgary sure has an issue with cataloging their stick. And the 20 minute wait sure does bite.;
 
rusty dream: do you actually want Buckmark mags..... or HP mags.. Apparently they are all out of Buckmark mags and are substituing HP mags lol!! The part # says 95655, descritpion says 10rnd Buckmark mag... But its actually a HP mag.... Order if you want to.
