I'm of the opinion that for the M-14s, the type of ammo you use will determine accuracy far more than the stock you put it in. If you want accuracy, I think you'll need to reload. Then of course there's lots of other things like re barreling, which I know nothing about. To be honest, I think there's too much emphasis put on stock choice when it comes to accuracy in an M-14s.
The bedding system on the troy has two screws to adjust the bedding tension. I don't think overall it is more accurate than a traditional glass bedding job, or a stock that already has a tight fit, but it certainly is simpler. The nice thing about the Troy is that everything is already set up. Scope mount. A variety of buttstock and grip choices, no glass bedding. I don't honestly think it's going to improve your accuracy. It is bulky though. So overall, not a bad choice, but you asked about accuracy.
