Don't be to afraid of Tripalm...he had been pretty heavy into the Coronas, and had just finished watching "Apocolypse Now" on his 60" flat screen. (The one in the games room Pharoah, not the one in the Den)
 
Just loaded up some trial rounds for the .204...hope I can get to the range SOON!! Bought a new scope tonight, but its coming from Timmins...so I am not sure how long until its in my hands :(
 
Tou bet! I have 2 of them. A bench rest model, and a longer one. Model 42 I think? Both are swivel models. Soooo happy with how my rifle fits me! Can't wait until I can try out these 26 grain varmint grenades!
 
crap, a bipod. thats one more thing to buy before june. and i got turkey hunt in a month and a half. looks like more baloney and no name mac and cheese for me...
 
Well I figure I should pick up a bit of feed for my .22 magnum Tommorow if I get time. I just dug out the stove and cooler, but I may need a new cooler. Once we get a good weekend of steady warm temps I'll put the tent up and buy a half dozen cans of waterproof spray and give her a good coat. Too much to do, and way too much time left to do it all. :(

You go away for a few days and there's no end to the false rumours being circulated, first, it wasn't camo paint, I was experimenting with some eye liner, and the lemon was a lime. While I'd like to take credit for a muffled battle cry, if you think about the challenges of crawling naked in thistle country you'd realize it was more of a painful wimper :D

Yeah, well vicious rumors or not, I'm still a little nervous...LoL

Actually, I am getting pretty excited to , well shoot gophers for a day or two.
And to put a face to some of these screen names and crazy stories!:D

Ok, I was doing alright suppressing the naked lemon wedge imagery, but to post a picture of all that water ... that's ... that's just cruel.


Teasing a farmer with water as far as the eye can see. And rain in the distance to boot. Evil. pure evil.
 
So I have done a bit of horse trading to get ready for this trip, and will soon have a 20" stainless heavy barrel on my 10/22.
These are getting to be the second most expensive gopher I have ever shot ;).

Can't fricken wait!!!!:D
