Guys rather than answering a ton of emails I thought I would post this response to the most recent inquiry.
For logistical reasons we are doing the run in steps, all 50 have been machined on 1 side, about 1/2 of them are already machined on the 2nd side, once all are done on side 2 we start to cut magwells and such, then they all go into detail which is removing any tool marks and making sure the finish is up to our standard.
Once they pass QC then all get assembled with a LPK and tested for fuction, once that is done they get stripped serial number and any additional engraving is done.
Then into the anodizer.
Once back from anodizing, one more check for QC to ensure pins and such all fit properly, after ano and then the transfers begin follwed by shipping as soon as the CFC acknowledges the approval.
Given the production time/rate we are hoping to start shipping later this month
Cheers
Rick
