Is there a need for more Cdn made AR parts?

Rick, can you tell me more about the coating system you will use. Will it be a form of anodizing? Could you do other coatings as well? (Nickle Plating :) )

Nickel probably wouldn't be a good idea on aluminum (even relatively hard 7075), softer material under the plating means a safe kiss might end up with the plating delaminating and having razor sharp edges ;)

Patience is a virtue:p
As soon as we have any that are ready to go I will post the info.
Trust me we are working everyday to get these done.

He speaks the truth. I had opprotunity to see the production area and the CNC was humming away milling one out before my very eyes, while a stack of billets on the floor awaited their eviable fates.

Quality, not speed of delivery is what I am after... take your time Rick I'm sure most (if not all) of us will be patient, and as a result I'm sure we will be very satisfied when we do receive them.

The good stuff is always worth waiting for...

You didn't say you could make rails......

Yes we have made a run of rails.
They look like this when finished.
IMG_1274.jpg
:

They require no modification to the upper in any way as the they use the Delta ring and the forward furniture ring to lock into, then machine screws firmly secure them in place.
The longest 1 has a mid length spacer to maintain rigidity over the entire length of the forestock.
Material is 7075 and is hard anodized.
Pricing is on our website and I think it is competitive for the quality of the proced article.
We are sourcing rail covers and should have them in stock shortly.

Am I correct when I say these are not Free Float rails then?

you are correct, they are quad rail forestocks that replace the factory furniture, using the existing furniture mounts and additionally are bolted together.
Pricing for carbine is $189.00
Midlength is $219.00 and rifle is $239.00

You should model your rail after the Daniel defense omega rail, it does everything a rail should do without having to alter the rifle at all.
