Don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but in my recent trips to the local wally mart in NB I noticed that their inventory has been dropping off more and more. Upon discussing with an employee he informed me that they were getting out of selling ammunition all together.
The range officer of the club I'm a part of mentioned he heard the very same from a different location and mentioned it was due to the fact they had no one qualified to sell/check and understand licensing requirements, not to mention increase in insurance, and licensing to be able to sell the product. I guess their margins aren't where they need to be.
Just FYI, more benefits for the small operator but also less ability to obtain.
