9 years ago Le Barons sold some still wrapped (in this time Le Barons was still a good store, nowadays it's Crap) for $225.00 at the Toronto Sportsmens Show...
I looked at the guns, some were unwrapped, but I decided not to buy because my 1950 Long Branch is so much nicer...
Any of you guys remember Intl Firearms of Montreal sold them for back in the late 80's??
$199 or $299?
It was probably closer to $199.
I can remember seeing a wrapped Faz for about that much in the early 90's and thought it was too much money.
I'm kicking myself now.
The "Irish" guns are not that great either. They were usually made up with very late war lumber that was not properly kiln dried. This causes the fore end to warp as it dries and causes all kinds of accuracy problems.

There is a used one for sale for $600obo as we speak.

It sold for $1400 and there were offers at $1800! They are becoming very rare!

Jeez you guys, I asked about the value of Irish LE's before I listed it and it seemed the going rate was $4-600. Out of the wrap. So is $600 OBO out of line or what?
