Is there anything that can be used as a basis to fireform 7.62x54R?

None that I can think of. It's that darn beveled, rimmed case.

If you mean the 7.62 X 54 R Russian......
Using 45-70 case
1/ swage base to .490
2/ Turn rim to .570 - back chamfer
3/ Anneal
4/ Use 7.62 form die set (RCBS)
5/ trim to length
6/ F/L size
Considering time / effort/ form die cost I do believe Mystic Player has a MUCH better idea !!!!

I think so as well, but I do appreciate the input/options as I know very little about this rifle and caliber or the reloading specs. In decent shape, what are these 'Russian Jungle Carbines' going for?

About 135 bucks for the Russian M44 Carbines, the M38 carbines go for a few bucks more. Polish M44 carbines go up as high as 375, should be around 250ish though.
