Forming 7.62x54R

If you mean the 7.62 X 54 R Russian......
Using 45-70 case
1/ swage base to .490
2/ Turn rim to .570 - back chamfer
3/ Anneal
4/ Use 7.62 form die set (RCBS)
5/ trim to length
6/ F/L size
Considering time / effort/ form die cost I do believe Mystic Player has a MUCH better idea !!!!

;)I think so as well, but I do appreciate the input/options as I know very little about this rifle and caliber or the reloading specs. In decent shape, what are these 'Russian Jungle Carbines':) going for?

About 135 bucks for the Russian M44 Carbines, the M38 carbines go for a few bucks more. Polish M44 carbines go up as high as 375, should be around 250ish though.
