Good 22lr bulk ammo?

As the title says.

Please share: where can I find some good quality bulk ammo in 22lr?

Looking for different kind: subsonic, HP, solid, etc.

GTA area.

At Walmart, the "333" packs are pretty good. buy two and it is 666 rounds for $19.92. I don't remember how well they do in a 10/22

I try to buy 5000 at a time, so you would need 15 of them. $170 including tax for 4995 rounds.

The Dynapoints also work really well in my 10/22. They're pretty cheap as well if i remember right. I fired a whole brick last time I went to the range and got 2 duds.
 
I have been buying Federal 525's for $11.97 here in Saskatchewan for years. I can't understand why 22 shells are so much everywhere else they all come from the same place and travel about the same distance. These were all bought at the local Co-op.
 
if your running a bolt action or lever running econo box like fed 525 box's are fine, but running semi auto spend the few extra bucks high quality charges like remington, CCI, hornady.....

Which Co-Op? Which town? They soon may have a lot of business.

Nah! Spend the money on good ammo for the bolt guns (and lever guns, if ya gotta). Not much point paying 10 cents a round to feed the plinker to rattle cans and old shotgun shells around at the range.

I tried the bulk pack Blazer from CT and I really liked them. They had allot more zing then the Fed. 525's etc, that I had been using. They were 26.oo for 525 rounds which was worth it for me.

Just a suggestion:

Some .22's like certain brands of ammo better than others.

Before you go out and buy large bulk quantities of ammo, you might want to buy a 50 round box of several different brands and try them in your gun to see what works best.

Shaunavon Co-op and I paid $11.97 this year and the regular price is $14.97. I buy a case or two when I go in and that helps out a little. I think I bought the last four cases of federal but they have lots of winchesters. The winchesters don't work in most of my semi-autos because the lead is slightly larger than it should be and doesn't chamber easily. I bought lots of winchesters to use in my levers, pumps and bolts and I only use the federals in the semi's. For some reason my wifes 10/22 works with the winchesters though.

+1 - and if it likes one brand, check the lot number and buy as much as you can of that lot.

I recently discovered by accident that two of my 10-22s love the
Remington subsonics - and that my M6 Scout also loves both the subsonic and the Remington Ceebees.
 
I was asking that because I bought a 100 pack of CCI mini-mag and I got 2 failures out of 5.
I think it is the ammo, because cheaper Remington works just fine. This is in a Marlin39A.

I put about 1000 rounds of Dynapoint through my 10/22 with very few missfires. for the price you can't beat it. I also picked up some rem and CCI rounds but really didn't notice the difference for the extra $$. You should really check your rounds before loading though....I found that the loose bulk stuff always has a few bent bullets on the casings.
