You volunteered to join the CF. The CF didn't volunteer to join you.

... Best service handgun since the Hi-Power.
I bought my first Glock about a month ago, a Glock 30 from Questar. It's one of those sub-compact pistols with the longer barrel for Canada, I went with the ported one.
Today a friend and I went out and did some shooting with it. I am thoroughly unimpressed. The pistol likes to eject the rounds onto your head, if not in your face.
Lets wait for a real gun Guru who already owns 56 Glocks and getting one more tomorrow and he will share his invaluable Glock experience with us (practice, patience and practice again) and he can shoot Glock and everything else well… shooting the Glock is not for everyone… it’s a privilege.. and the rest of us who have problem with Glock are retards…. who limp wristing ...and so on.. and yeah.. don't forget to blame it on ammo....
LOL You just told everyone you have "LIMP WRISTS" !!! Its a common problem for beginners or those with a weaker wrist and can not hold the gun straight after it goes off.
Try a different hold, like a Higher grip more in line with the barrell, if not, ask the guy next to you (who look strong) and i bet it goes to the right like it should.
Sorry, But i am gonna call this poor performance " user error"
Maybe if all else fails, you do have a faulty ejector or certain parts, then drop it off at your local Glock Armorer for a check up and inspection. Thats what Warranties are for![]()
blah, blah, blah...That is why it is small and hard to manipulate.
That seems to be a big problem with Glock owners...![]()
Thats not what your mom said.![]()
HAR, HAR, HAR. Also the slide lock is for "LOCKING OPEN THE SLIDE!!!" Not for releasing it when you do a mag change. That is why it is small and hard to manipulate.
I am going to PM TDC. I will summon the thread killer!!!!

That is a whole lot of BS! If that was indeed the case, then why not just do it like on a Walther PPK, an internal slide stop withouth the utterly ugly and wobbly external slide stop lever? If you can't use it from the outside, why have the lever there?
...
My $0.02 is that they are over-rated ...
Anything as successful as the Glock is bound to be somewhat over-rated. It's human nature.
I think Glocks may be the best handguns for most applications for most users, which would explain their popularity with police forces. But they can't be always the best choice for everything for everyone. Certainly there are other very good handguns being made and, as you say, if you will stay off the bandwagon and think for yourself you may discover that at least for some purposes one of those others may be the best for you.
