I think I've loaded around 15k since February.

Inside the mouth of the dropper is a white plastic funnel. It slides up with the flaired case, until it clears a spring loaded wire that hold the next bullet in line.

Yes. They come with custom powder-through expanders that do a bit more of a flare.

In my case, I didn't need to make any changes. I always used a very slight flair, and needed no more.
