Was that ever confirmed, or just rumor? They could have just gone straight to the US anyway.
The owner told me he was moving back to Russia because of his health when I visited shortly before he closed. I got the impression selling guns was not something he enjoyed. all he talked about was how many degrees he had and how many books and papers he had written. Philosophy seemed to be his life, rather than guns.
so who started the court challenge? mo's office sais that the matter is under litigation,
and there was nothing they could do. the funny thing is that it was not can ammo the launched the suit.
1= why did can ammo not launch their own suit,long before now.
2=do they have a good laywer?
3=how far do you think they will get? or will they get bogged down with the legal system dragging this on for 10 yrs?
4=will anything happen with the oreder or do we wait till the case is finished?
i have to go as this whole debacle has made me quite nauseous.

reading that i would say somone who cant type. but i am old enogh to know that nobody has to answer to me, but was hoping that someone would say that it was an organization rather than an individual.the burden of going it alone.

Crazy, read above. Most information will not be shared openly probably since this is being worked on right now and you never know who is ready these posts. If you want first hand info then, as stated above, call or maybe PM. Lets all take a breath and stay on topic here, we all want the same thing and that is to purchase this gun and shoot the heck out of it. I will be taking mine out varmit hunting with pleasure.
There are two things you guys need to understand:
1. This is the internet. Everything thing you type here is accessible from Chairman Mao to Ted Nugent. Don't post anything you aren't willing to either eat or stand by later on. Also, don't be offended if some anti or fence sitter comes in here and flames the place up. This is after all the internet.
2. Individuals who have grounds taking the RCMP etc to court is a FANTASTIC THING!!!!! If everyone who had grounds to would stand up individually in court and fight their case when appropriate the antis and agenda seekers in government would move off right quick. It is incredibly easy for a crown lawyer to fight a class action suit or the CSSA because they can direct all their resources at one case. If they must fight miltiple cases they blow their budget on the first few and can't fight anymore. This is where CSSA really lets us down. They take on these unwinnable cases that do nothing but gobble up a ton of $ meanwhile if they would just make the commitment to support individuals with research and information they could increase their efficiency 100 fold. The great thing about living in what remains of our democracy is that individuals can still make a difference and they don't even need a lawyer to do it.
