Now, if only we could get those restricteds transferred in the same amount of time.

I try to deal only in the west.

My latest res. transfer called in on Saturday, CFO approved and ST ATT issued this morning (Monday). This was a private sale BTW, and not retail. As much as this system blows donkey sausage, we have it better -thus far- than our brethren in the East.

When we can get to the point of not having to play this little hoop jumping BS, then I'll actually be happy about it.

I'm in Ont and it took 1 day for the seller in AB to get the paperwork done and to top it off it was my first restricted purchase (handgun).

I had a transfer in Ontario last week and it was done in 6 hours. wow!

ATT's are usually done in a few hours. Specially if your paperwork is in order.

It's amazing with all these wait times. Having to ask for permission to do stuff. You'd think this would be the safest place in the world.... but Toronto and Vancover still have shootings?
