I had scope covers (Bushwackers) on one of my deer rifles for a season or two, but I took them off because they kept flipping open on me. I'm thinking of buying Blizzard covers now. Who likes flip-up covers? Who thinks they are a pain in the a$$? Why?
(Note: None of my lenses have Rain Guard or similar factory coatings. However I have been applying RainX before going out, with positive results. I just haven't had a chance yet to field test the RainX under really messy conditions.)
