Huge wanker factor.
Not the term I would use for a non restricted bull pup in .308 with excellent ergonomics.

Ya me too. I got $20K stashed waiting for these. Need lots of mags and ammo.

I think he meant the wankers FIRING the "non restricted bull pup in .308 with excellent ergonomics"... not the RFB itself.

So what's the deal with their slow manufacture? They making all the parts by hand with a file?
+1, I would like to have one! A bullpup in 308 would make a nice compact big game rifle!
But, alas, there are new tactics being used in Canada to restrict access to "cool" firearms... The RCMP could decide to "pull the FRT #, & place it under review indefinitely..." Effectively, there is NO timeline that the RCMP have to comply to when they do this, it could go on FOREVER!!!
For those of you unaware of this new tactic, have a look around in Red Rifles for T97, it's truely eye opening news.
Cheers
Jay

Back in January, Kel Tec said they were focusing on the Carbine version (Aka not the non-restricted one) and that they were back ordered already. In comes Obama-Phobia and you will see zero sent for export until the buying frenzy down south resides.
Construction of our new 12,500 sq-ft building is currently underway and scheduled to be completed early 4th quarter. This new facility will be used as a warehouse to free up space in the main factory for new CNC machines specifically for RFB production.
On the RFB note, heat treatment issues with the ejector chute are slowing down RFB production. Batches are still coming out, but not in full production quantities as of yet. We are working closely with our heat treaters to resolve the issue.
Ya but you can't hunt big game with the Type 97
That would make sense. The L1A1 (Brit term for FN-FAL) would already be in use, so a calibre conversion of the Bren would require a mag change also, so have it use the same mag. (Or a longer version of the same)
