ATRS billet uppers and lowers now all together

I was trying very hard to figure out how I could get the NXS aboard the rail and not have to ditch the rear site. Am still working on a solution, as sites for me are almost useless anyway.:)

LT-135 mount.

I have one on my Knights with a NF 1-4 x 24 scope, lots of room to clear an MBUS or Troy rear sight. Might have a spare in the next little while if you're interested.

The other option if you go with a smaller, lower profile rear sight is the LT-104, which I do have new in the wrapper. It sits a little too low for the MBUS though.

Oh, Freddy Blish was up for CFSAC and borrowed my tan SBR(ATR lower, Stag upper) to do Aimpoint demos on the range.
He said it ran great and was really impressed with it.

Still waiting to build an SPR with the red one though(the NF 2.5-10 x 24 is sitting in a box waiting patiently...).

If you are gonna insist on asking pedantic geek boy questions it would be best if you knew what you were talking about.

Picatinny and 1913 rails are the same thing. The "1913" designates the specific Mil Std and "Picatinny" refers to the Picatinny Arsenal where that type of rail was developed.

The dimensions of a Weaver rail are virtually identical to the Picatinny rail. The big difference being in the width of the groove and the center to center distance. In most cases the rails are essentially interchangeable and so whether the ATRS uppers have a Weaver or Picatinny rail is completely IRRELEVANT!

If you are going to correct someone be aware of the facts. Weaver and M1913 rails are not the same, nor are mounts interchangeable,in particular cross bolt mounts will not interchange due to the difference of rail spacing and dimension, so it is very relevant to ask these questions. For instance an ARMS #40 BUIS intended for an M1913 rail system will not fit a Weaver rail.

I can't find my pm trash. I don't think I have pm trash........

Regardless. I have a LaRue LT104 SPR mount for sale, brand new in package. I prefer the added height of LT135, so the other one has to go.
I haven't posted it in the ee yet, because someone here asked me to let him know if I was going to sell it. I wanted to give him first chance at it before it gets posted.

If I don't hear from 'you' by Friday, it's going on the ee. :)

Anymore pics of the upper or both together? Are these in stock or still being made? How much is a stripped upper?

100% correct... I was once going to buy a Diemaco upper that was not M1913 spec... I was more than bummed that standard ARMS BUIS did not fit...
