How's it handle? Could you give us a mini review?

The balance of the Neo is perfect,it shoulders very well. The balance is much better than my 14' 870.

The pump action is pretty smooth but my 870 is smoother ( one quirky thing is you have to press a release button with your forefinger for the first pump but then you dont need to press it untill its empty) and the action is backwards compared to any other pump actually helps you hold it better as you are bringing it towards your body.

The Neos trigger is pretty crappy (gritty not smooth, maybe will get better) compared to my 870 which has a nice smooth trigger

The standard sight is not bad, wish it would have come with a picatinny top rail so I could mount a DR optic.

Accuracy was pretty good, I was just plinking at 25 yards with slugs and was getting about 3' groups just standing first time firing it.
The really cool thng about it is being able to load 6 slugs and 6 buck and you can then pick which mag tube to feed from.

Thanks for that, it does look interesting.

Why is this so hard for you to understand? Not that it matters much to the main point, but that 14" is a weapon that I would very much like to own. Having experience with my 18.5" M4S90 I feel that the 14" would be an amazing weapon. I know another one will be hard to come by.

The point, try to pay attention now, is that we all have our preferences when it comes to our possessions. We individually decide if they are worth owning.

I was following a thread a while ago titled "What caliber choices in your safe". Many had over 20.
eg:
.22LR , .22Mag , .222 Rem, .223 Rem, .243 Win, 6mm Remington, 6x45mm, .25 ACP, .25-35 Ackley Improved, .25-06, .270 WSM, .30 Carbine, .30-30 Ackley Improved, .308 Win, .300 Wby Mag, .32 ACP, .32 Long Colt, .32 S&W Long, .32 H&R Mag, 8x57mm, .325 WSM. 9mm Luger, .38 Special, .357 Rem Mag, 9.3x62mm, .38-55 Win, .375 H&H Mag, .40 S&W, .405 Winchester, .404 Jeffery, .44 Rem Mag, .45 ACP, .45-70 Win, 20 ga, 12 ga

Not my thing, the ammo logistics make my head hurt. It obviously is his though. Last line of his post was "I love this hobby". More power to him.

I have 4 calibers in my safe. Some (you?) may think "Not enough". I have a $7000 AR. Some (you?) may think "Too much".

You pick your stuff and the other guy will pick his. Get it yet?

Personal preferences are very personal. On a technical side or practical side, this shotgun fails miserably. Over priced smooth bore blunderbuss that you can't leave the range with. Sorry, no shotgun is worth more than $600 tops. The 14" barrel even from a competitive side offers zero advantages over longer barrels. This shotgun is nothing but "look cool factor". Honestly, anything that only has LCF automatically makes the item in question and its owner, uncool.

Maybe not to a rifle or carbine guy who uses a shotgun only on occasion, but I agree that restricted status is too much a price to pay for 4.5" less barrel.

I must be uncool. Here they are...meet the Benelli's!

We all own guns and should get along!

AGREED!:agree:

I hunt, shoot steel, clays, pumpkins, etc.

I have many shotguns ranging from single shots to a Benelli M1 Super 90 to a Beretta 682 Gold E Skeet.

I also own handguns, prohibited handguns, rifles.......

IT IS PARAMOUNT THAT WE ALL STICK TOGETHER NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SHOOTING SPORT OF CHOICE IS!
