Parker hale m82-m87-C3-C3A1 Rifles

Need a very good triggerguard for a Parker Hale 1200. Prefer hinged steel bottom metal in any condition that can be reblued. If anodized must be matt finish and in very good condition. To complete my C3 project. Pls PM. Thanks Ron
 
I have a parker hale tgt repeater in 308 with a black hills heavy barrel from lithgow in australia. The stock is the same as the c3 except it doesn't take a magazine. The butt pad is parker hale. Anyone know about these??
 
can14....can you post a picture or 2 of your rifle. Is stock "Walnut" or "Beech"? Some of the 1200TX's were rebarrelled with Lithgow barrels....have not seen on a Parker Hale however have one a P14 single shot.

Cool that you have them brand new - don't see that too often with PH rifles.

Use em - that's what they were built for! Nice looking rifle - not a military rig persay, but another fine example of a modern mauser.

can14, is that a sporter profile barrel in your pic? Seems less "heavy" than some of the other Parker Hale's I've seen in this thread... Has the barrel been threaded for a brake/suppressor? It looks like there's a narrower part at the muzzle end, which is why I ask.
 
Its a black mountain barrel made by lithgow in australia. I would replace it with a cdn bbl or parker hale hvy barrel if I could find one. The bbl in it is real nice without any pitting at all.
 
can14...how long is your barrel ahead of the recevier? Any markings or proof marks? Do you know the number of grooves and twist?

Has your stock been painted? or is it glass? See it's single shot.

Interesting set up.
 
barrel is 26"/660mm trigger is parker hale 98/148 gun is a 4 shot repeater don't know twist but proof is crown over two flags with a p located at where flags cross. gun is from australia. Can't remember when or where I got it. Had it a long time as an addition to my sniper rifles. Have a No 4T in 308 with # 32 scope with green box and chest from the same time.
 
Stock is looks like beech wood with parker hale pad. The stock has a metal liner for the receiver to mount into.
