Interesting fact: I was just at a seminar and we were told that HW Sales does over $100 million in sales a year. It is run by a lady in her 90's. Quite an operation.I used to buy mine at Hardware Sales in Bellingham.

Did it fall out of popular favor or something?

Kroil in combination with JB bore cleaner is a good cure for stubborn fouling of any type, but has fallen from favour due to the influx of new products. Before I discovered Gun Juice, I used Kroil to burnish my bores. Stick with your WipeOut.
Andy, please elaborate. I've used WipeOut extensively without issue, but perhaps I'm missing something. The manufacture claims that no same can occur from leaving the product in the bore indefinitely, and I've taken their word for that.

I should elaborate as I was careless in reporting that. I don't use Wipe-out anymore because it ate away the finish on one of my guns, but I can't recall any rust from it.
