Since I'm young, I always been interested in fire arms and always liked the ak47.
That's why the first gun I bought a couple months ago was a Cz858.
I soon wanted to get the wood furniture to make it looks more AK.
Then I wanted something that would shoot with more precision.
I bought a POSP scope from Belarus and the Cz break.
And finally, as I am a "metal polisher" by profession, I tought I could make that dark bayonette looks more shiny.

There's the final result!

Very nicely done from what I can see. The lighting is a bit dark, but what I can see looks great.
How is the accuracy with the scope now?

Don't make it look too much like an AK, or the RCMP will deem it a prohib on grounds it an "AK-47 Variant"...

Seriously though it looks pretty sweet, I have been toying with the idea of getting an 858 for a while now, this really makes me want one.

Sweet job. I love the bayonet. I wonder if there's a mod to make the safety look more AK'ish. Given the 90 degrees the CZ safety rotates, I'd guess there probably isn't, or it'd look really odd in at least one of the postions.

In my view the Sa.58 is a finer made rifle than the Kalashnikov.
How did you manage to attach the scope mount?
This is a great setup, looks very classic! This rifle deserves better lighting, Please take another set of pictures.

Where did you get such nice furniture for your 858? This is exactly what I want to do with mine. The only difference is that I'd want the RPD looking bipod (the ones wolverine are selling) instead of a bayo and a different scope. Can you still use the iron sights?

I bought the wood set from 'Woodbeef' here on the forum. But don't think he still have more and they are currently hard to find. Check the EE.
I wanted that bipod too but changed my mind when I tought that height isn't adjustable and once folded, the bipod looks cumbersome.

Ps: I added some new pics with more light. They may answer some questions
