Different bullet found in bullet box.

send a letter to the company, maybe they'll conpensate you..

I e-mailed them. He wanted my address. As soon as I said Alberta he went “oh, you’re from Canada. That makes thing a little difficult because of the export laws but we will see what we can do.” I never said anything about compensation in the e-mail. I just said how I lost some confidence in their product. I was very polite of course.

Over the years that I have been reloading, I have found the following: A size/weight mismatched bullet.(x4), a different design bullet altogether (x2), extra bullets (up to 6 extras in one box, but usually only 1 or 2) Short by 1 or 2 bullets, a bullet with no core, a jacket only partially formed. These things do happen to practically any manufacturer, and if you open enough boxes, you will run into it. As long as it causes no disaster, it's hardly something to get all twisted out of shape over. If the poster that found the .312-150 grain Hornady in his box of 308-150's had managed to chamber and fire that bullet in his 308, he probably would not have even noticed the difference. Regards, Eagleye.
