marstar 70,000/10,000 SKS, eta aug 20th, price $189 new military.

Are these rifles somewhere in the North Atlantic on a pretty little row-boat on thier way to Canada?

or have they left Africa yet?
 
Just amazing....

No other gun ever made, is capable of causing so much excitement among the Canadian gun enthusiastic. Even after every man and woman and child (and their dogs and cats) have already piled up a bunch of them.:)

Honest to goodness, they are interesting guns in many ways, and at the price they are being offered, worth having one (or more if you are a collector). I just don't get the others who just keep buying and are waiting for more! Including yours truly! Is this a disease? How long do we have to live?

To the day that even deer and turkeys in Canada each have a SKS and shoot back at hunters with cheap surplus FMJs. Now, that would be a fair fight. :D :D
 
Ya its going to be the enfield. And Just think 20 years down the road we are going to be those old dudes that are still shooting surplus .303(or in our case 7.62x39) and brag about how everything was cheaper in the old days haha.

They're the ideal gun for those of us with lots of unarmed friends and relatives who are ALL going to be showing up on our doorsteps when the zombies rise...

How come we don't have a zombie smiley?
 
Ok so i am not as educated on the SKS as everyone else in the forum

I do own a Very nice Russian 1952 that i really really enjoy and when people see my rifles for the first time its the first one they want to see and hold!
I understand that this was mostly a COMMIE Gun

so can someone tell me what Countrys have Manufactured/used the SKS so i have a better idea as to what might be coming!!!!!

I read a few pages back that there could be some From Vietnam on the boat! that would make me put down a few bucks for 1!
