Do you still have lots of the Picatinny railed model available?..I'm having second thoughts...
I am a little confused also, I have one on the way but I didn't know there were variations of the non restriced version...
basically it is factory rail or BUIS, your choice. We can sell you the BUIS gas-tube so you can swap. This involves removing the barrel and rail.
If you buy the aftermarket rail, the BUIS stays as it was designed for the guns with the BUIS in place, thus is shorter.

So when exactly did the option to go with a factory rail without BUIS come along? This is the first I am hearing about it.
And just to be sure - before installing an 'aftermarket' rail (dlask or 999 - not the factory option) you must remove the barrel and get rid of the two 1913 pads - correct?
Jesus I'm confused.

Your not the only one! In my case, I want the factory setup/optic with the new 1 moa red dot, I assumed that the BUIS were standard? Is this assumption correct?
