I'd like to purchase an ambidextrous AR-15 parts kit, an all in one package preferably. Is there such a parts kit available? Any recommendations where to purchase?
Regards,
On the BAD, you can use the right hand to close the bolt, making it better than changing your grip and pressing in the stop with your trigger finger.

Can someone please explain to me how the AR15 charging handle is NOT ambidextrous? I've been left handed all my life and can't see how either a righty or lefty could have an issue using the OEM handle.

Yeah. That looks totally unlikely to break or bend at the slightest opportunity.
I find that every part designed to solve some perceived problem seems to create several other more serious problems but in the name of newer and cooler bits nobody seems to consider this. Mr Stoner knew what he was doing, just learn to use what is there and life will be good.

Are you a lefty? - the only things that really make sense is an ambi mag release and safety. The BAD lever from Magpul is really designed for rightys.
Or...
You could skip the parts route, and buy a Knight's SR-15E3 while you can.....
For the record, the BAD is pictured with a Norgon ambi mag release, not sure if the BAD would interfere with the operation of the norgon, as its designed to be actuated with the Left index finger.

As to charge hanedles, I have used Dlask, the C-7 latch, and the Badger. IMHO the Badger is the way to go if you can find it followed by the C7. They aint Cheap as I think I got the last 3 from Wolferine and they were close to $80 each.
Dlask looks like this:

C7 looks like this:

What optic were you using out of curiosity?Based on the optic set up I was using at the time, the "reach over" was not an expedient option, so I set about finding alternatives.
Get a Norgon mag release and ambi selector. Then get a MagPul BAD lever.

Get it all from Brownells.
