Yes. I do it all the time.Is it possible to swap 7.62 original russian with 9mm Norinko barrels and back without altering the gun, and not giving it liability to break?
I have the 9mm barrel and bushing
One needs a different bushing?
The barrel on a 9mm is larger in diameter. The hole for the 9mm barrel bushing is accordingly larger in diameter.
The barrel I got in was the same diameter as 9mm. Works great. The barrel on a 9mm is larger in diameter. The hole for the 9mm barrel bushing is accordingly larger in diameter.
Go with www.sksman and you'll save a bunch of coin. Marstar wants 150ish a barrel. SKSman wants 35 US. I've put 1000 + rds through mine no problemThanks for replying guys!!! (that was my first post here ^^), i am convinced totally now, thought our gunsmith told me that 'the gun isn't build for that', but he's superstrict swiss ))) i own russian-build 7.62 one and didn't get a barrel just yet, i've been told that i should go to marstar for one (they make barrel them?), and i was wondering is there any specific brand i should look for or as they say get a whole norinco gun?
