Hilarious, but it might work. Texas is soo gun freindly they may accept your case that you are being persecuted by the government and face imprisonment over gun laws.

Wrong there has been a ruling that considers even parts that can be assembled into a mag prohibited devices. It has been discussed before.

Yup. You are correct. I looked it up and it was from Dec. 2008. Previous to that I knew a few fellows that were doing that with the SKS detachable mags, cause no one could get them. Hadn't read about this ruling yet... Oh well, Live and learn. I guess I had to get an infraction at some point.... Hopefully no more eh?? Ignorance is no excuse I guess..... my bad.

Got a few friends going on TF1-10 and they are interested in getting these for their deployment however the only ones they could find are pinned to 5... all of them are going to KAF would the US PX there sell these mags? or can they pick some up when they go to the states later this month for confirmation training?
