So I sent my scope to Bushnell last year.
I fought with it for a good 6 months. I tried 2 guns, different mounts and several different rings. I could not get it to zero, it was always at least 10 inches high, and then when I changed the magnification it would shift POI at least an inch or more at 100 yards. Depending on how much I changed the magnification.
So I call the tech support. Which is no more than a voice message saying to ship the product to their US address along with $10 US (return shipping) and a description of the problem and they will fix it and ship it back. So I do it. By now I have pretty much realized that this can not end well and I will never see my scope back and if I do it will never be right. But I have nothing to lose except to money to ship it.
I got a box from them today and GUESS WHAT!!??

THEY GAVE ME A BRAND NEW SCOPE!!!!
They didn't even bother to fix it, just pulled a new one off the shelf and sent it my way. It is sealed and everything. I sent nothing with the old scope (no lens covers, sunshade, dust caps) and got it all back brand new!!!
I didn't even send the $10 for return shipping. I just said because I am in Canada I am sure $10 won't cover it so I left my number so they could call me and I could provide a VISA, but they didn't bother.
Oh, and when I said that I sent it last year, it was the 1st week of December at the earliest. So it only took em 5 weeks at the most!
I have always sang the praises of the Bushy Elites ( I have 4 different ones) and now that I have dealt with one bad one and had such great service, I can't see me ever changing that now.
