Good to hear you got yours working but it doesn't seem right that a brand new gun needs that much work to make it shoot.
Still waiting to hear anything from the warrenty depot.
I agree. Rugers, especially in .22 rimfire, will always by my first choice. I got my 57 VTR working quite well now but I don't think that I should have had to do so much to it when it was brand new just to make it work. From what I learned from many members of this board, I found it easier to fix the problem myself than wait for Remington to maybe fix it not to mention the cost of shipping and waiting. Remington should be embarassed.
