Levers in .45 ACP

Does anyone know of any older, preferably lightweight lever rifles chambered in .45 ACP?

The only one I've ever seen was in the last "Resident Evil" and I think the prop guy screwed up and put the wrong ammo out. I't would be a neat idea though.

The problem being that a rimless cartridge does not lend itself to lever action very well....

I am talking about the short Winchester 92 type, evn the .45lc because of its small rim can be a problem....

We will offer a bolt action later this year.

Did the Mexican Police not have a win 94 in 45acp? It could have been LC makes more sense.

I'd take anything on thier website with some skepticism as I've found numerous errors while looking for things.

There is no such animal produced by any manufacturer on a regular cataloged item, but maybe there is a talented gunsmith out there who has done a conversion of some type. Can't hurt to ask!! good luck Dale in T-Bay

45 ACP - John has mentioned it in a couple posts. He's keeping mum on the design though.
