There are a couple airguns I would like to purchase from the US. They both shoot under 495 fps. Advertised as 360fps. Do you need export stuff for airguns or are they exempt from the rules that regular guns have to go through?

Baikal Drozd. I know they are for sale in Canada so it shouldn't be an issue, but I also want to buy the fake suppressor for the thing.
What models?
I had to call CFC to see if the Daystate Air Wolf MCT was allowed into Canada, thinking of ordering one from the US. No luck... any Daystate that has a shrouded and baffled barrel is prohibited in Canada. No wonder no one in Canada sells them... not yet at least waiting to hear back from AirgunSource![]()
Not going to happen; unless you buy it from a private seller and it doesn't get opened at customs. Air guns are considered firearms regardless of the fps. I already tried from archer air guns http://www.archerairguns.com/Articles.asp?ID=138

pyramidair offers worldwide shipping, and yes that includes Canada (must be under 500 fps) RCMP/customs maintain a list of non firearm air guns
