I could be wrong, and I don't know for sure, but I suspect these are stock Savage Model 12s as much as AMU rifles are representative rack grade M16s/M14s.These guys compete ... and win at 800, 900 and 1000 yards with stock Savage Model 12s.

If they are bone stock, then they're probably chosen from a lot of stock rifles and represent the best of that lot.
I am going to have buy one of these savages and see for myself, never owned one but I guess it's time.

Yeah, sure it does. While using surplus ammo and in 20 mph winds too, no doubt.
BINGO....as I have stated before, Savage is going to give these guys the best of the best that they have. They are representing the company after all.
They would not win though if they weren't talented shooters to boot.
