Nutnfancy's XCR Review

Guys no offense or anything, but you like to knock nutnfancy alot..
Which begs the question, where are your vids and reviews?

+1
Easy to judge & ridicule but at the end of the day where is the fruit of the individuals that post comments about him. He is in the doing, and actually accomplishing things, his videos have improved, give him time or make you're own so you can be ridiculed.

Nutn is doing a good job promoting the sport we all love, and we need more people like him, are fight is on the international level as well.

i think he's doing a great job, i've never seen any other firearms reviewer on youtube that can keep me interested enough to watch the whole vid. he's definitely camera friendly unlike some other folks on youtube (including myself!), and he seems to know a thing or two ;)

It is way too long - I keep skipping . It doesn't really tell me anything I don't know by looking at the spec and other pictures.

I am more interested if some one puts 1000 or 2000 rounds downrange with a "defined program" and have it documented with data - for example, like what the Swiss Arms used to test the SG55X. Not just people running around, shooting it and giving out "personal" opinion.

To all the dudes out there

the dude says too many times dude and dudes... i'm like aight dude calm down on the dudes ans stuff dude... seriously dude

I have never held a XCR but am interested in one for 3 gun shoots. I think I want a non-restricted to justify the cost. Nutn always complained about the weight of the gun, so anyone who actually owns one: is it really all that heavy for a competition?

Cheers

I enjoy the stuff he puts up, its good entertainment for most of the time with a hint of info and lotsa armchair gunhoism.
He aint perfect (his voice can get irritating), but its nice to see somebody whos got so much enthusiam with making any gun videos.

i posted comments earlier on there. I tried to explain to him that if he's getting groups like that and the rifles won't shoot wolf, there's likely something wrong with them. i offered free checkups and discounted upgrades.

he does seems a bit arm chair commando ish at times and he always hints at LEO and Mil jobs without stating what they really are so as far as im concerned doesn t really lend any credence to his supposed experience.

This is a poor argument methinks. There are plenty of armchair commandos that know more about firearms than some of the mil/leo guys. One CF guy told me his c7 had safe-semi-repeat. Maybe it does. Who knows.

I think nutnfancy is brand myopic. Everything should weight like his CCW keltech.

Nutnfancy offered a balanced impression of the XCR. He's running through a lot of gear: if you want something more detailed, just listen the owner's complaints on said rifle. Heh heh... . That should be enough to dissuade you. :nest:

Bah detail, schmetails...... why take the risk and try something new just stick to something that is older than Moses and has been copied over and over again, make sure you get the most expensive one your credit card allows, because no price is too high when it comes to "KWALITY" products.

I've had an XCR for just a little over a month and I love it. Haven't had time or the money to put too many rounds down it, and i'm still waiting on some kit in the mail to trick it out like I want. But having run around in Afghanistan with an m203 stuck to my C7, and with a room-mate with a M14-EBR, the XCR feels *super* light in my hands ;p
