Wild boar in Ont
Ont Gov't shut down game farms a number of years ago, my neighbours son went up the the one S of N Bay & shot one with a BP rifle when it was closing.
I almost fell over this fall I seen three pigs in the bush north of Pembroke looked like wild boars but must have just escaped from some farm.
In addition they are a nusance by nature so the MNR should allow open season on them like coyote
Don't you need a yote tag now? Thought I saw that in the regs: wolf/coyote tags limit 2

I believe there is at least on feral sow loose on the campus of Ryerson University.
She is reported to be extremely dangerous and aggressive.
(RobSmith) True..lol i know the Elk hunt will be MAD expensive. I just didnt know if there were any here, is there any in CDN period to hunt? any other provinces? you said there a pest in some areas. the only reasing im asking is that there is almost zero info on them on the net and talking to MNR and reading stuff from them there isnt much from them either

Thats only in certain areas (North of the French River IIRC). Southern Ontario you only need a small game license.
AFAIK the only place in Canada where feral pigs/wild boars can be freely hunted is in Manitoba where they have been declared a pest .... No license required other than your gun-related paperwork AFAIK.
