prohib to restricted?

(well, still can't possibly have a .32 but hopefully, i can check 12.6 .380 and if the seller is patient and willing to do the extra work) also, the seller must need a transport license only to send it to the gunsmith?

thanks

Well, i just have to hope to find someone who want to take some time (must be pretty long with all the paperwork) in the EE, thank you

I am one off those 12.6 owners. Sold a 12.6 Mod 71 Beretta to a potential buyer. It is at BITSOFPIECES.COM getting the work done at the buyers expense and direction. When it is re-classified as a Restricted then the transfer will be done. It will take you a long time from the start of the deal to when the pistol is at your range;) Worth the time for the right pistols! I think most sellers would agree to the wait as long as the funds for the pistol and modifications are paid up front. You will need to check with whoever you are buying from, and no I wont sell my PPK/S as its a keeper:D
