Well with your gophers being teh size of small pigs I can see where a FN would work wonders.

However our little squeekers are juts that... little :D

But I suspect that you have run over a few thousand and know how small those little buggers are ;)
 
Hey I'm just wondering what you guys do with gophers after you shoot them? Is there fur or meat good for anything?
 
is there an infestation of gophers around calgary? i've never been gopher hunting before, i so want to try it out. please someone help me fulfill my dream :D
 
They must be out, there was no bulk packs of 22lr left at CT this morning. Well not quite the 34 dollar cyclones were still there. I just chuckled and headed over to the Co-op.
 
Well, well, well. Just how did the gophers get to this state in Saskatchewan? Can't the locals shoot well enough to control the population? :p Do you guys need help? You know, like maybe some people from other provinces that know how to shoot?:nest:


Maybe some NWTers can help. We ARE good. You'll notice we wiped them out completely in the NWT......:evil:
 
I will be around Cypress Hills area during the fist week of May for 9 days, coming heavy, 4 rifles for me, 4 rifles for my partner and about 15,000 rounds. 22, 17HMR, .223 and 22-250. This is the second annual gopher week for us, it was amazing last year and sounds like it may be even better this year!
 
I live in Saskatoon but have no land to shoot on. :bangHead: If anyone needs help taking some of the buggers out, just drop me a line. :sniper: Will supply all my own ammo. :rockOn:
