So I have a dilemma, do I buy a 16oz bottle of Gunzilla for $47 (w/shipping) or a 16oz bottle of Hopps Elite for $35 locally. Any ideas?

Sweet's win's hands down for getting the copper out;

CLP works great for the price that Marstar is retailing for;

Another +1 for Gunzilla.

I use it for everything. Use Gunzilla after firing Czech surplus, and I'm GTG. It lifts copper really well, plus it won't etch metals. Gunzilla is non-toxic, so it can be shipped without extra HAZMAT fees. It also dissolves Krylon and sorta smells like beer.

so do you just "zilla" it and thats it or do you use anything else after?

We've got all sizes of Gunzilla. I just got a new shipment in today and we're stocked to the gills.

1.9oz Spray Top (out until end of week)
5.0oz Pour Top
8.0oz Pump Top
16.0oz Turret Top
2.0oz Copperzilla Solvent

Just Gunzilla: A squirt a bit down the bore and some through the gas ports. Next I wipe the piston and the barrel underneath the piston and ahead of the gas block. Then I wet the first and last inch on a boresnake and pull through a few times.
I haven't seen rust yet.

What about the bolt/extractor all that stuff, gunzilla too?

Please be carefull in lubeing the bolt area. To clean carbon residue try this;

Remeber that the fireing pin should be free floating and no foriegn materail in that area. Apply grease only to the extractor spring very little amount. this entire area should be kept clean and dry unless stored for long periods of time.

I have tried neither of these products but I did inherit a gallon jug of CLP Break-Free. I think I am good for at least another fifty years before I should have to purchase another bottle of cleaner.:D It does a great job of cleaning all my rifles and shotguns and I have not had any problems even with my old Enfield .303 with getting rust spotting from a wet day when out hunting.

Ed's Red, 20 bucks a gallon and you mix it yourself in the garage. Works better than any commercial or military issue stuff.
