I have 6 Burris scopes; had to send one back about a year ago; it came back in three weeks, no problem.
No Only has to pay one way. Thing is I paid shipping for it to be fixed already, they sent it back saying it worked but it doesn't. Not that much money but it still bugs me that the customer has to pay at all for warranty when it is the products fault. If if was from abuse I would have no problem with paying. Every time I have to send a product in the cost is $30- $75. Between gun stocks, game calls and scope I can't keep up.
I agree with not having to pay for shipping again however, as you said it was a few years ago. Burris has replaced 3 of my fastfire 3 red dots without issue but the last claim was probably 2018.Anyone have any experience with Burris service?
