M4 carbines

Difference's are,

Marstar is picky with their supplier and offers "ironclad" warranty
Marstar has not received their stock yet.
Marstar's better price drove every one else's price down.

So far I have heard there has been issues with the mags. Many of the ones shipped by other dealers either did not have mags shipped with them or the mags were substituted with aftermarket ones.

BENMACKSH; "John may have shot himself in the foot on this one. "

I would really like to hear more regarding this conclusion ??

With ambiguity. Why can't you just spell out what is different? As others have stated, maybe its just the sales pitch that is different.

I want to make an informed decision before purchase. If you can't exactly tell us what is wrong with the other suppliers, or what sets you a part or makes yours better wrt to actual product (btw iron clad warranty is awesome), then why would I wait?

I doubt that the Marstar order will be inferior to the other shipments but as to whether or not they are better well that remains to be seen.
I'd say they are all a great deal and the general consensus seems to be these are the nicest Norinco Ar's so far.

What more do you want?

MOA guarantee with cheap ammo?

If you are in a hurry buy it somewhere else but like I said I can wait for Marstar just based on the fact that they led the way on price point and stand behind their sales.

I'm not saying the others don't stand behind there sales and I don't always drink the Marstar cool-aid but in this case Marstar get's my vote and I've got other guns to shoot while waiting.

I want to know what is different. John said they are different, so I would like to know what those differences are, and not to be just told they are different. As for Marstar's being inferior, never said that and never even considered that.

What do I want? Full disclosure on his statements and not ambiguity. Talk is cheap and there seems to be a lot of it lately.

Never thought it would be this hard to turn my money over to a retailer.

its kind of funny, I've been in retail for 16 years, and this is the only business I've seen where money, service, customer loyalty is almost always traded for lower prices and "buying whoever is lucky enough to have it in stock"..

It's hard to argue with a lower price sometimes and as far as buying an item from someone that has the item in stock well that's hard to argue with as well.

Its because of our laws. Supplies are always tight. In the US the dealers beg you to buy from them, here they could care less, 20 more people with money where you came from for the 10 firearms.

Well, I for one wait for something from a particular retailer. I have seen these Norinco AR's in stores locally here, but I chose to wait for mine from Marstar. If I want something, I'd rather take my time deciding, then order it and know it is coming. I rarely make an impulse buy on a firearm, so "instock" really only adds to the fondling factor.

Yea its terrible to find something you want, and buy it, and get it right away lol. Each to their own, I'm going to the range.

LIGHT INFANTRY;
It is obvious you did not like or appreciate my explanation regarding "differences" in the M-4s being delivered.
At no time did I say that what was coming was inferior in any way at all, nor is this a simple sales pich as mentioned.....
We simply discovered a few issues when our people were in the factory that did not make us comfortable, so as with other products we buy offshore, we wanted thed issues addressed and corrected BEFORE they left China....
Am I going to give you "full disclosure" as you demand, not likely....
We spend thousands on visiting factories, parst producers etc every year, when we find problems we have them corrected before they are imported and passed on....
If we are spending the time and money to insure satisfaction why should we simply pass on this costly knowledge to our competitors ??
