XCR-M photo released by Robinson Arms

It is ambidextrous it sits in the trigger guard and can be operated by either hand.May be you should look at a real G 36.

I have a real G36k and I find the bolt release unusable. The XCR on the other hand is easily used. Mind you if I were to pick which rifle is better I take the G36k any day of the week.

What would piss me off is when someone brings something different because it is different. The robinson guns are a perfect example. They are different alright. They don't work (at least what we have seen).

My belieft is that RA is hoping to get money from Remington Military on a license agreement with the hoping their gun gets adopted under the Individual Carbine solicitation down here as he knows his gun does not have a snowballs chane in hell.

Irregardless what RA does in the US - I think they are a good addition to the Canadian market due to the restrictions here. They are pretty good civilian/sporting rifles - just don't hold it at the same level as other long serving and proven military designs.

That's about as accurate a comment on the XCR as I have seen. Probably good for playing with in Canada...probably not good for working with in Iraq.

NavyCuda; it also shows some serious passion.. Someone who protects their work and I for one believe he may have a valid case.. and if you are the little guy and the big guys poach your ideas and little getting pissy is acceptable..

So when you stopped going to rotten ronnies do you tell them why? have you talked to Alex and explained your issues or is this all supposed to get back to then thru the psychic friends network..

I did actually mention it to a manager at a McDonalds once but nothing ever came of it other than some free fri's or apple turnover... I don't remember exactly.

As far as contacting RA to tell him about my new feelings about his actions... I'm not interested in that. He already made the statement, I doubt he's going to take it back because one Canadian thinks he's being childish and now refuses to buy his products.

It is inappropriate for the owner of a company like RA to make the comments he did about Remington and Magpul. It shows a lack of judgment. Its fine to vent to your wife and maybe a couple of close employees but that is where it should end. Making statements like that on a public forum can lose you a lot of respect and potential customers. Bad form.

Ah yes, like Larue....:stirthepot2:

back to the price, you really think it will be over the $3000 mark? if thats the case IF they come in I might have to go the way of the kel-tec RFB, if again, they ever make it here without a prohibited/restricted status. (they are supposed to be around 2500ish when they get here)...

How is that is that different than making a judgment against what someone has said on a internet forum? :D

keep in mind we are talking about a country the true national obsession is suing people not firearms, I pretty sure Remington and Magpul has a few law pending suits of their own as we speak ;)

Good points. I should have started it off with IMHO. I stand corrected.:(
