Awww did I hurt your feelings? Here, I'll elaborate: Glocks extract GREAT. The pins are fine, too. The slide lock leaves something to be desired, but I have the extended one and the regular one, and depending on how you hold the gun, you might find, with the extended, it doesn't go into slide lock all the time... Just tryin' to save you some unnecessary expenses, no need to get all defensive. Besides, modifications aren't accessories.

swapp the dual-spring recoil assembly for a jager system.....anyway, you'll see what i mean.
not sure if glock already changed the recoil assembly, not sure of that, but seeing what happen with it over time, it's something i will do right on if i ever purchase a 4rth gen G17.

I just got a glock 17 gen 4 to ( have to wait a bit for it to transfer to my name). The things i wanted to put on mine when i get it is the butt cover to cover the hole every glock has beside the magazine, i wanted to get a glock light with laser (sucker for lasersf ) , a extended mag release and finally a 22.lr conversion kit to target shoot. Well this is what i wanted to get, other people gave different opinions, Hope i helped a bit.

Any issues with the dual spring in your gen 4? I know there was alot of "worry" that light 9mm loads would not cycle the heavier double spring.

eeeuu...exactly, most of ipsick shooters in the states swapp the recoil assembly for a jager one , in the long run the stock dual spring start messing the whole action when using different loads.
lots of 4th gen have been returned to glock because of this,lolol glock work consisting in a cut of 2 coil...beeew, it just enhence to already mushy feel of the recoil felt with this concept.....
anyways the dual spring recoil concept doesn't do anything great on any gun.

Don't Know about the dual spring, didn't get my glock yet still being transfered. God i hate waiting. What is this you're saying about the glock gen 4's dual spring? Does it really ruin the gun in the long term? Should i switch out the spring for another one?
