I wish someone would set something like this up in the Wild Rose...

The last three gun event I went too it seemed the Shotgun stage was over faaaaar too early.

And that is what we have been thinking! There has always been emphasis on the Handgun and Rifle Portions.....its nice to be able to stretch the legs out of the shotgun once in a while. People always assume one can't miss with a shotgun as well.......also very, not true!

I will be there for sure! Count me in! I will be using Binelli M4 any recommendations on set up/accessories

Arguably, the best system right now, and what most are using are the shell strippers from various manufactures, something like this!

I know S&J Hardware used to carry them, not so sure anymore! Most people run a sidesaddle as well!

There will also be some stuff to borrow at this match as well, we want to get more people involved in the shooting sports. I borrowed stuff when I first got into 3 Gun shooting, that is the best way to see what works and what doesn't!

Is that what lonedrone was been referring to or there is more to it?

I am planning to order speed strippers and it would be a waste to get the wrong gear...

Absolutely. But Let me be clear, I love shotguns :)

But my current range doesn't allow the use of shot commonly used in 3 gun matches (I use #4 shot) Only slugs. (which can be a costly venture for training) no cheap options here.

I absolutely love those things. Never been able to find one however. S&J was the last ones to have those in stock and they sold fast. I myself am looking for 3 or 4 of the 4 shot caddy/strippers.

If anyone has a line on them, please contact me!

euxx- those are one and the same.

I would love to play. The sooner I know the date the better.

We are working on dates now! It is going to likely be in NOV.. But, as we are a Gun Club, we have to run any dates by the Membership so they can vote on it. The next General Meeting isn't until Sept 27th, we just won't be able to put a firm date on it until then. Unfortunately, we just missed a meeting a week or so ago, but this has kind of sprung up on us! It looks like we have some good support to go ahead anyways, judging by the poll!
