Yeah, I spent like 2 hours cleaning and lubing it cause it was covered in that really heavy oil that stinks.
Is there a disassembly manual around any where? (don't have mine yet) I remember reading to be careful when taking it apart because of some of the springs?
it comes with- it's a small booklet affair - the main thing is, inspite of what you've been told or read, DON'T do a detail strip- that's when you need 3 hands and a lot of luck to put it back together- just a clean the barrel and breechface, oil the rails and turn it upside down to get the hammer, , and q-tip anuthing that looks diret, and then oil that- i'm coming up on 5 years and about 5k rounds through mine, and that's all i've ever done-just like the nylon 66, you're fine as long as you don't take it apart

I've found pretty detailed instructions on line for the Colt Woodsman- even explained how to trouble shoot reassembly problems. Can't find the link at the moment, but it should still be out there.
Finally got my m-93 in the mail today from Marstar. I cleaned it and went right to the range. I fed it 50 rounds each of Rem thunderbolts, Win x-pert, Win 36 gr hollowpoints (555 bulk pack), CCI stingers, and CCI velocitors. No failures whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy. Overall, a much better gun than I was hoping for for $150.
