I am a little nervous about where to shoot myself, a 50 is a lot of responsibility because if something bad happens you dont want to be the tool who creates bad press for the gun control crowd... My $.02.
Having shot one, here's the deficencies that I noticed with that particular rifle. First, I didn't care for the trigger, but that can be fixed. Second, while the muzzle brake controlled recoil well, I felt it directed an enormous amount of muzzle to the shooter. Again, perhaps a different muzzle brake would correct this. I have been told there are brakes out there that are more"shooter friendly. Lastly, I'm told that no one makes a 20 moa rail for it and the one I shot ran out of elevation at 1000 yds. The scope was a Nightforce 8.5-32. I think you need elevation to at least 2500 to use this cartridge to it's fullest potential. Just my $.02 worth

x2 for muzzle brake coming straight back at the shooter. Not bad but kinda annoying (I finally shot her). Plus I was told ATRS can mill your existing scope mount for more MOA adjustment.
Our gill brake is FAR more efficient and does not send the shock wave/concussion, debris and GSR back into the shooters face like the factory brake does.
Is the gill brake you sell an at home install project or a send it to the pro's kinda job? I have heard such good things I think I am gonna need one.
Gonna have to make a trip to calgary soon. Do you stock them or is it a custom order thing?
Wait till the HS-50M1 comes out.
Side mag fedd 50 BMG. Looks sweet.
