Marstar sucks!!!

they have lots of nice items but some items like a scope mount for the #4 enfield seem to be sold out all the time so i had to purchase one from the usa. if they can keep the shelves stocked with the fast selling items they will do a bit more business.
 
Wait until you actually get the item. Once they put me on a waiting list and then sold the last item out from under me, and never got any more in.

I am not that naive or stupid to think I am the only person who wants an NP-29, so if they get sold before they get to me I consider that a part of the game. I have lost so many guns by a few minutes that I am used to it.

The other side of the coin is that if I wait too long, I may go somewhere else. No slight to Marstar, just my impatient nature. I can sometimes wait for what I want, I sometimes cannot.

All in all, I have never had a bad experience from Marstar. I have recieved good value for money and good customer service. A lot better than from some stores where I am dealing with a real live person, but that's another story.

A lot of responses are satisfied pro Marstar customers that say that those that aren't satisfied don't know what they are talking about.

A lot of responses are unsatisfied anti Marstar customers that say that those that are satisfied don't know what they are talking about.

At least we all agree on something.

You may not personally lock a thread, but the mods take care of a paying advertiser

Silly of you to think otherwise and almost a condescending attitude towards the other members to pretend like your not taken care of if there is any negative threads towards your company.

You have 3 locked threads in your forum that were complaining about Marstar
Mod's say they don't lock threads in Dealer forums .

And I was not agreeing with the OP or complaining about the service

I wish Marstar's customer service would be as good as people claim it to be. Any of my orders in the past was basically dropped into a big hole and I wondered what will happen until I had the part in my hands. Calling several times because of one order, emailing forth and back and starting all over again with explaining who you are and what you want are just 2 examples.


The people were always nice to me but I don't like to explain myself every time I inquire about my order. The web site is a night mare, you can't find anything, no proper ordering procedure, nobody checks the emails coming through the order email! Randomly distributed responsibilities. I cannot comprehend how they are able to handle 800 transfers at the same time as Mr. St Amour claimed just last week.

Don't get me wrong, I was always happy when the ordeal was over but didn't enjoy it along the way.

Sorry I slipped.... Kind of got the better of me. I sort of lose it when I see people go after Marstar like that. We are able to get our toys and enjoy our hobbies thanks to places like Marstar and John.

Anyway, the insult was promptly spotted and removed by moderator Curtton.

above is a good example , yes, its marstar forum but its CGN's rules , if rules are broken and marstar doesnt take care of it and i dont see why john should in this case then us mods must step in .

I agree with you, sometimes it can be frustrating, but we must ask the questions to get the results you want....
We must know your name, not just your first but rather your complete name, if we ask details of the purchase that helps us go directly to the section responsible for a particular type of commodity....
For example, firearms are handled in one section, parts in another, accessories in yet another area of resposibility....
Please understand we get e mail every day simply signed with the persons pen name or first name....
We get e mail without return addresses, or better yet blocked return....
I ask you please be patient with the folks handling your requests for info, they are only trying to help
