Wait until you actually get the item. Once they put me on a waiting list and then sold the last item out from under me, and never got any more in.

I wish Marstar's customer service would be as good as people claim it to be. Any of my orders in the past was basically dropped into a big hole and I wondered what will happen until I had the part in my hands. Calling several times because of one order, emailing forth and back and starting all over again with explaining who you are and what you want are just 2 examples.
The people were always nice to me but I don't like to explain myself every time I inquire about my order. The web site is a night mare, you can't find anything, no proper ordering procedure, nobody checks the emails coming through the order email! Randomly distributed responsibilities. I cannot comprehend how they are able to handle 800 transfers at the same time as Mr. St Amour claimed just last week.
Don't get me wrong, I was always happy when the ordeal was over but didn't enjoy it along the way.

Sorry I slipped.... Kind of got the better of me. I sort of lose it when I see people go after Marstar like that. We are able to get our toys and enjoy our hobbies thanks to places like Marstar and John.I thought no name calling is supposed to be allowed here.
