AIA .308 magazines for a M14

I hate to ask the stupid question, but is it 100% that they will work?

It is anticipated that they will work, but it must be pointed out this magazine was originally designed for another firearm and that a chance of malfunction from using it with the incorrect firearm is a possibility.

That being said, once I have liquid funds again I will be getting one and if it works... many more.

$90 is not cheap, but I was paying $80 for an AR-10 mag which is a 5/20.

An Accuracy International 5 or 10 shot magazine is $83 from Wolverine

People pay $40 for an AR 5/30 mag.

So there is no difference here. We pay, we pay.... :)

I pay over $100 for a 5 round Tikka magazine made out of plastic.

Whats with the moregun suply website? How the heck do you look at his products?

Dude needs to get godaddy !

For the record, the price is based on the dealer import, plus my markup. As I am not the importer, I have no control over the price. I am stuck in the same boat.

Product update.

The magazines have been made, stamped, (not laser engraved) and heat treated. They are now heading off to be parkerized.

So there is positive movement on these magazines.

The reason for full mag heat treatment is because the AIA mags were full heat treated, and these "are" mags for the AIA, so they are being made exactly the same from beginning to end.

Hope this allays anyone's concern on the traction of this process.

Thanks for the update. My new to me AIA No4 mk4 is waiting to be made even heavier with the addition of 10 more rounds.Man I love the enfield action even if it is a clone/update
